Five element meditation

According to the ancient sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda, the cosmos and all creation, including our own selves are made up of five elements: earth, water, fire, air, and space. As in traditional Chinese or even ancient European and Greek medicine, by understanding these elements we can understand our selves better.

In this 25 minute guided meditation, I help you sense your connection to the five elements of nature within your own body. As an added bonus, the recording was made in the mountains during the summer, surrounded by birds.
