I use a variety of modalities, including astrology, meditation, and energy clearing to help you get clarity around your unique energy signature, and be who you came here to be.
A session begins with your intention and desires. We then look at your natal chart plus current astrological alignments for a sense of themes and timing.
Each session includes specific energy work, discussion, as well as suggested practices for you to do on your own between sessions.
What can I get help with?
In a word, everything. The modalities I use work on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels as they are all connected and interwoven.
