Join me for a simple home reset and renewal. For two weeks, give yourself the gift of a gentle Spring Cleaning process to renew your digestion and energy. Based in Ayurveda, the ancient sister science of yoga, this process will help you clear out the heaviness of winter, and release some of the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual burdens of 2020! The process involves a preparation phase of eliminating hard-to-digest foods and stimuli from your diet; several days of eating only an easy-to-digest mono-diet of kitchari (a simple stew of split mung beans and basmati rice) or alternative that works best for you; and a short period of slowly returning to a varied diet and more active lifestyle.
The package includes three one-hour online classes; pdf guidebook including recipes; and two recorded relaxation classes. All classes will be recorded so you can watch on your schedule.
