The process involves eliminating hard-to-digest foods from your diet; a couple of days of eating only an easy-to-digest mono-diet of kitchari (a simple stew of split mung beans and basmati rice) or alternative that works best for you; daily mindfulness and rest; and a short period of slowly returning to a varied diet and more active lifestyle.
