Privacy, terms and conditions


I will not sell your information to anyone. The information you share with me through the forms on this site is used to complete the transactions you choose, such as signing up for a newsletter or purchasing an item. I try to minimize tracking and information collection to only what is necessary to provide you with what you purchase and/or request (e.g. subscribing you to a list for the purpose of e-mailing links for online classes).


For individual sessions: All one-on-one sessions are offered in strict confidence. Recordings are stored with privacy settings that allow only you to access or download them. I do not keep copies of the recordings, with the exception that video recordings are stored for your long-term access as long as my business continues.

For classes and group events: If a class or group event is recorded, unless I clearly state otherwise, you are granting me permission to share the recorded class/group event with others of my choosing. This may mean selling the recording to the general public, or sharing it with other clients and students, etc. If you choose to be seen or heard in a recorded group session, you are implicitly giving me permission to share your voice/image.

Terms and conditions


The services I provide are not intended to diagnose or treat any medical conditions; provide financial advice; or otherwise supplant your own innate wisdom or that of other professional providers with whom you work.

Cancellation/Rescheduling policy

If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment for a service with me, please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, or are more than 10 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show and lose the session without refund.

Payment plans

If you purchase anything from me on a payment plan of any sort, you are still committing to the full purchase price of the package of services or course. Please honor our agreement by making timely payments. If you are unable make the payment you have agreed to, please let me know as soon as practical.


I do not generally give refunds. However, if you are truly unhappy with a session or something you purchase from me, please let me know and we can discuss what can be done to address your concerns.
